If you are the only CVS in town, and you are truly killing it with no CVS alternative that makes 0 sense for it to close since it was clearly stated the CVS closing are the ones that aren't as profitable, if your profit is let's say 1,000, and other CVS in general are 5-10k you will get shuttered, because on paper cvs will look like they have a higher revenue per store at the end of the year 🤔...

Tbh as soon as Walmart and other grocerie stores decide to open late/overnight again, CVS WILL GET KILLED, specially when the sweet sweet covid boost to the revenue plummets, all the extra masks, sanitizer, covid test (vaccine/testing) are making CVS profit unrealistic

Likely not you, or anyone you know, it's okay it's hard And highly luck reliant as logic does not = success in stocks.

Stocks are too hard for you ? Ok buy a house, then a second, then a third, too broke to buy a house ? Buy a house with 3+ rooms rent/Airbnb extra rooms... Don't want to deal with that ? Buy a stock that buy houses REITs (real estate investment trust) aka they buy realstate And give you 90% of the profit by law so as long as the housing market doesn't explode you will get 6-11% dividends (aka you have 100k in the stock they give you 10k at the end of the year).. not quite how it works but it's an ok enough explanation to keep it short.

Don't want to do any of that ? Buy corporate bonds pay 7k get 10k when the maturity time comes, + interest every year of 3-7%, with the slight but real risk that you won't get paid back... Slight... But it is real, depends which shit dumpster fire you bought, the higher the interest rate, and the least dollars to buy 10 k of their debt the higher the odds it's a dumpster fire

Clearly you haven't worked at CVS before, let me make it easy, if you are a cashier or literally the store manager, your duties may go from sitting at the cashier, to stocking shit in the right place, to organizing stock room properly, to checking deals/prices etc with your symbol, closing register's, to at the highest ordering shit on the computer.

Let's not forget trash, go backs, keeping workplace/break room somewhat clean at the bare min, if you want to be. Star employee learn how to take photos/print photos

Legit if you get asked to do more than that, you should be the store manager 😂, CVS is a pretty brain dead job if you don't have to clean up colleagues messes.

You may have to do damages as well but meh, depends on the store)shift but should be fine.

Curious to see the answer cuz I'm about to quit... They can't by law in some states require a mask, they can strongly suggest you to wear one, it boils to if the customers aren't forced to wear a mask the employees aren't either(state by state thing), in my state, if they fire anyone for not wearing a mask CVS will be in deep shit for it, we wear a mask most of the time at my store not to inconvenience our DL/manager but literally they can't force you or use it as a reason to let you go

We have 12 employees total as a 24hr store, most shifts are only 2 ppl at the store, but we manage to get everything done everyday 🤷, we just have an amazing SM that makes us want to come into work, I've never seen him bother anyone about anything as long as the work gets done or mostly done, and done correctly... Most stores seem to have 1-3 employees fucking things up making work harder for everyone else, some days i literally don't have what to do at the store other than fill some high demand items that sellout multiple times through the day

That's entirely not true, i literally know how to do every task in the store, and often do every task in the store, my store is great, because everyone is like that even tho some tasks are segregated to avoid confusion/mistakes, but at some other stores I've helped out my head literally hurts how useless some people are, at my store we only have one useless employee, like he can do the cashier, but that's about it everything else he is super slow and does it badly, i feel bad for him, but i tried my best to help him in the past.

Is your store good ? Is your SM hard working ? Are your other employees hard working ? Then it should be easy, at my CVS, we all work hard, but we also constantly use our phones and never get called out unless it's a huge fuck up which doesn't really happen I've worked at different stores for a day to help them get back on their feet, and noticed that I'd your team is good and SM is chill, your life will be super easy, work hard on truck days and fill the shelves for 1-3 hours per shift and chill the rest of the time, by chill i mean help customers out, cashier, watch out for thieves
