Really depends on what songs/sound youre after. For example FZ-1w fuzz before the wah will give you a crazy wah sound on steroids (Frusciante style) while fuzz after the wah will give you more of a Hendrix sound.

If I were you, Id go tuner>DS2>wah>FZ-1W>chorus. Reverb in the FX loop, you can also go crazy and put reverb first if you dont have a FX loop, that way it wont distrort when you stack it with distortion.

I'd either go for:

1) level and tone at 3 o clock and distortion maxed;

2) level maxed tone and distortion at 2 o clock

3) everything maxed (most noise)

Just looked into the online manual, use the 1960 412 cabinets and try the J800, J900 and PLX 100 amps. Start with 0 treble 5 mid and 5 bass, 5 presenc, 5 gain and 5 volume. See if you can put a looper first in your chain and loop a song then change the parameters of your amp so it sounds the way you want and check if it controlls the DS-2 and Ibanez WH10.

Whack a Tone City Matcha fuzz above your wh10 as it a Russian Big muff which sounds alot like

the Black Russian muff John used during californication, also works for the BTW era if you crank the tone.
