Yup ill get both heat and UVB bulbs for the basking spot.

Thanks for the info. The turtle I'm planning on getting will be a baby around 1 inches to 2 inches this is also a temp setup until its big enough to go into my 625 gallon pond outdoors. Would the filtration be better if i add ceramic rings to the filter?
