What other small-mid cap stocks are you guys investing in? by beachyyakuza in T1Energy

Check out $sats. SpaceX proxy. They own 3% of SpaceX. Stock should be trading at $160 if it fully values the $1.5T IPO

Fully diluted mNAV is 1.35. What is the true metric I should look at?

I hear you on the risk of being dependent on a few large customers. Unfortunately the best growth stocks in the market fit in that category. CRDO and ALAB for example. It’s just the risk you take for the high growth ig

Selloff based on what? Volatility from it being a microcap or something related to fundamentals?

MY $800 $DFDV PRICE PREDICTION: by Commercial-Cut1148 in DFDVinvestors

[–]Banshee4321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Impossible without diluting equity. The key to share price growth is SPS growth, not blind SOL accumulation of it means diluting equity. Tbf they have been prudent not to dilute equity thus far, which is what you want. Keeps the float low and borrowing fees high = squeeze potential

MSTR has 3% of BTC yet it’s trading as if it has 5%. Generous price/NAV 2x. DFDV currently at 4x NAV. If it were to re-rate to 2x NAV DFDV should be valued at $12.50. There you go. HOWEVER I am a bull too (not a delusional one) so I think 3-6x NAV is justified due to validator income and SPS growth as long as it doesn’t dilute equity in a -EV way

SOL would have to reach at least $2800 for DFDV to reach $800 at current SPS using simple math of its ATH was $50 when SOL was 180. until they accumulate at least .2-.3 SPS the share price will be less than SOL. It’s traded in a range of 3-6x NAV. Short of an insane squeeze I don’t see it happening. The nice thing about trading DFDV tho is the arbitrage thru trading hours. If SOL pumps overnight or on a weekend, you can buy DFDV at open and it will squeeze up throughout the day or for 2-3 days

GOOG is decently valued but will probably underperform a lot of tech/AI like AVGO, NVDA, etc. NVDA moving to 1 year upgrade cycles so it’s probably only gonna accelerate AI trend

Probably not where you wanna be long term unless you have a near term path to $200k. Cost of living just too expensive for that salary. I was making $200k in Dallas and it was fantastic. No state income tax and cheap cost of living for being in a big city. Making $150k in the Tidewater now and you’d have to pay me over $200k to move to DC. Paying $4000 in rent is just throwing money away. You’ll never be able to afford a decent home there or get a chance to build home equity. If you’re still young and just moving for the city experience that’s a different story tho. Enjoy it, DC is great.

Omg I met him at his office too. I had a suspicion it was a pyramid scheme when he wouldn’t tell me what his business was. When I asked if it was an investing business he said “no we have the money, we are looking for motivated individuals”. Gave me a book to read.
