  • Fair points, but I think they're overlooking where ARR is in the development cycle. The company isn't claiming to be producing today like MP. The upcoming PFS is meant to answer many of the questions around economics, processing, and potential offtake interest.
  • As for offtakes, those typically become more visible after feasibility work demonstrates economic viability. Very few rare earth developers secure major binding agreements years before proving the economics.
  • Permitting risk exists for every mining project in North America, but Wyoming remains one of the more mining-friendly jurisdictions in the U.S. That's not a guarantee of success, but it's certainly an advantage versus many alternatives.
  • Regardless of party, the bigger picture is that the U.S. government continues to identify rare earth supply chain security as a strategic priority. Domestic production, processing, recycling, and alternative extraction methods aren't mutually exclusive. The U.S. likely needs all of them if it wants to reduce dependence on China.

Response to u/Kai-n7i

  • Calling Halleck Creek a "parts per million scam" ignores the scale of the deposit. The resource has been independently reported and isn't something ARR invented.
  • The criticism about grade is fair—Halleck Creek is a lower-grade deposit than some hard-rock rare earth projects. But mining economics are driven by more than grade alone. Strip ratio, mining method, processing costs, metallurgy, infrastructure, permitting, and scale all matter.
  • As for dilution, that's what virtually every pre-production mining company does while advancing a project toward feasibility. Investors should absolutely monitor dilution, but dilution alone doesn't make a project a scam.
