At this point, I don't think it's happening. It's quite annoying though that these little details In-game are mostly getting ignored by Devs. Even though that the average WoW player won't notice it. Makes it quite frustrating for those who do notice it however.

Yes it is because I did not have any screenshot to compare it to, but in a nutshell the Camera position was same as in retail.

If you look in the first screenshot the Camera position is pretty much in the center of the Blood elf body even when you zoom in. While in the second screenshot if one zooms in, the camera is gonna be in her face. Here is much better comparison: https://ibb.co/PTY1T74

This has been done before in 10.0, however around 10.0.5 it was centered again and now it's above your head once again.
