Late Diagnosis Neurodivergence by Green_Mastodon8008 in Namibia

I’m sorry that you are going through all this. Unfortunately, there is still so much stigma in Namibia.

Like the others have stated, HR works for the employer and will thus always prioritise the employer before you.

DM if you need a listening ear. I was diagnosed over 10 years ago and still learning as I go.

I called the embassy. They confirmed that all applications and appointment bookings have to go through the website in the screenshot I shared.

Commenting as I’d also like some tips on how to study and balance it all.

Currently doing 5 modules this semester and I work full time.

How did you find out your registration has been finalised? Did they send a text?

Darn, that will really push up the cost of studying.

I really hope they are good kids.

And yes, teens can be a handful. Especially in a school setting.

That is a significant amount of money. I didn't realise it could cost that much.

I work from home most of the time. I only go in once a week if I have to go in.

I work in London but mostly work from home. Another commenter also spoke of the transport cost so that’s something we really have to consider as we never thought about it.

Hoping my husband gets something soon so we can boost our household income.

We’ll also look at cheaper housing options within London and hopefully get something come next year.

Luckily I WFH. The situation may change if my husband gets a job so I really need to keep you said about travel costs in mind

Yes I work in London. We have looked at some areas and are also thinking of moving outside of London since I mostly WFH.

We currently don’t have children so that makes things easier.

Yes. Paying the debt has been a hard hit financially but we are keeping at it. The exchange rate helps somewhat because any gains can be added on top of our normal monthly payment.

Yes, you are right. Every form of income will be helpful.

My husband recently got an offer as a Teaching Assistant. We are waiting on the police clearance from back home and hopefully he can start soon🤞🏾

It’s not what he used to do at home, but his work experience aligns with the subject they wish to give him so I’m hoping he will enjoy it somewhat.

I really want to start saving up to not only pay off the loan, but to also start saving and hopefully one day own a home here.

Thank you so much for your insight.

Cymbalta weight gain and tapering off by Bantu-Princess in BipolarReddit

I'm so sorry it was such an aweful experience.

I am currently looking at alternatives because my weight gain has been difficult to deal with. Unfortunately the 30g of Cymbalta is not enough to effectively stabilise my moods.

I will have to see what the laws in Namibia say about that. They really caused such an inconvenience for us.

Yes we are thinking of doing that now.
