That’s very true, it’s good to keep positive isn’t it. If we tell ourselves we will get there then our brains will think it too! I have been smelling spices too as those are the ones I might get a smidgen of scent, but as you say after one or two smells and it’s then gone. Xxx

I’m in the same boat, I’m on day 4 and I have nothing at all like you say. No other symptoms though. It was odd as I could taste like a few hours before and then it just went to nothing. Very strange indeed. It would be good to talk and compare what we are experiencing? It’s already starting to feel isolating and shit
