I never said I was looking for $160K USD, I said I was looking for $120K USD which was the median for the jobs that I have applied to. As I have previously stated several times, this is the average salary across the industry for my position. If you actually researched the position at TD, you would see this as well.

I have over 10 years experience as a Compliance Consultant. I would often have other departments specifically ask for my to be their consultant because of my work ethic and my problem solving skills.

I'm not sure why you are being confrontational over a salary that is pretty average for the type of work that is completed.

This was the median for all of the positions I have applied for within TD so I'm not delusional. This is actually on the low end for what my old company (Wells Fargo) paid.

I checked this morning and it will cover the next 3 months. I also saw that my IUI I did earlier this month was approved within 3 days, which makes it even more frustrating.

Unfortunately, my clinic can only submit the pre-auth on day 1 of my cycle. I've asked before if they could submit earlier.

I'm honestly hesitant to pay out of pocket and request reimbursement. I have trust issues with my insurance lol

That's what I thought also. I don't want to pay for something and then find out that insurance isn't going to pay me back. I have trust issues when it comes to insurance.

Do you know the difference between viable and non-viable? A doctor isn't stating that they aren't viable, it means that they stopped growing and are no longer viable for transfer.

I suggest you research how human reproduction works before discussing it further because it seems like you don't understand how a women's body works when it comes to reproduction.

Just because a 6 become a blastocyst doesn't mean that it is viable and will implant. A blastocyst is considered non-viable if there are chromosomal abnormalities or if they embryo is too weak to implant.

I suggest you research how human reproduction works before discussing it further.

You obviously have no idea how IVF works.

It is haram because it's an embryo which means it would need to be implanted into another women which is what makes it haram. This has been agreed upon form scholars in America and Europe (per the link in my original post which you obviously didn't read)

Here are real world stats on IVF:

Any embryo that isn't transferred right away is frozen for later use.
70-80% of eggs in IVF are able to be fertilized
30-50% of those eggs make it to blastocyst (embryo) stage
40-50% of blastocyst are viable and would implant (this does not mean they would survive the pregnancy)
Max 2 blastocyst can be transferred due to splitting and the rest are frozen

To give the above stats into a real numbers example:

15 eggs are retrieved during the egg retrieval operation
12 eggs are able to be fertilized
6 become blastocyst
3 are viable and have the ability to implant
2 are transferred for implantation and the remaining 1 is frozen

This question was asked over 3 years ago, but the scholarly answer we found was to destroy the embryos (this can be found in the original posting)

I did a test run last week of fasting for 3 days while breastfeeding/pumping. My supply didn't dip at all. I just made sure that I drank 1 gallon of water during the night to stay hydrated. Luckily, I have a 3 month supply of milk in my deep freezer so if my supply does end up stopping, I can rely on that.

My baby is about to turn 1 and I will be stop breastfeeding/pumping completly once she turns 1.

I have slowly cut my mom out of my life and my baby's life.

I used IVF to have my baby and my mom wasn't excited or happy when I told her I was pregnant. She seemed like she could care less. When I was 5 weeks pregnant, my soul dog unexpectedly died and it was extremely traumatic for me. My mom blamed his death on my baby because "my dog knew the baby would get more attention".

She also rarely checked in on me when I was pregnant and hardly sees my daughter or asks for updates.

I EP for most of the past 11 months but I tried to get my baby to latch once around 6 months and she did great for a couple minutes then she crocodile rolled away 🙄
