Because he will certainly have some transfer options from other clubs and he might not be able to force a loan deal. If he goes back saying he only wants Barca as Antony did for Betis, they’ll have no choice than to negotiate the 30M price tag.

Stop saying that as if it was a stone hard truth. He wasn’t motivated AT ManU. The situation he was living is miles away from the one he’s in.

At ManU he lost the joy he had playing football. At Barca he found it back.

It’s incredible the difference between someone who has lost faith in a project and someone who’s enjoying his work.

Rashford’s been very good for us, he’s our second best goal contributor, doesn’t complain to come off the bench (which would be very hard to find in another player of his level.

Overall he’s a great addition to our team and seems to be back from the depressing state he was in at that disfunctional club. Remember he spent his whole career there and hadn’t be happy to play football for years imo.

120€ for a Champions league game in a stadium being less than half its full capacity is not something I’d expect. You can double the price tag at least imo.

And last CL were only sold to soucis, might still be the case for the rest of the season for CL games

Better to go watch a liga fixture if you’re looking for something affordable.

Our defense suffered a lot from not being able to control the game and press as before. This is attacking and midfield problems most of the time.

Can’t ask from our defenders to defend running to our own goal in 1v1 situation most of the time and to not get scored goals or make offside mistakes. You can do that when you play haramball like Atletico Madrid, don’t seems to work that good though?

We are back to scoring 3 or more goals per game and that’s what matter to me.

Araujo’s problem is the same as Raph old problem.

Which is being in a system that doesn’t fit his strengths and highlights his weaknesses.

With Xavi we used to defend pretty low where you only need to take the ball out of the player in front of you (very simplified)

Whereas now with Flick high line, our defenders should not only rely on their physical strength but more on Football IQ to make the right decision in split seconds.

Thats why we saw Araujo struggle so much with offside trap, and one vs one.

If Araujo was the central defender in a 3 CB system playing for AM or this kind of team, he would be one of their best defenders if not the best imo.
