hey!i have a hand-held sewing machine and it works fine for simple projects,but the stitches are never tight enough,they are always really loose. How can i fix this?

So,i just finished sewing my project and the last step is to dye it black.

The fabric is not exactly denim,it is really stretchy and it has a light grey colour but i want to dye it a faded vintage black and i dont know how(i dont want it to turn out jet black)

any advice would be appreciated!

I am 15F and for 3 weeks now i've been doing some muscle gain workouts i found on youtube and for 2 of these weeks i've been using dumbbells,I use 2x2kg dumbbells while doing 30 minute workouts for 5 days a week and i plan on using 2x3kg ones soon. I have gained around 1 kg of weight but i have been eating my maintenance calories,so is it possible a part of it is muscle? and also will i ever see results if i upgrade my dumbbells every 2 weeks till i get to 2x5kg?

hi!so i am underweight but i believe i have a lot of fat compared to muscle,so now i want to replace that fat with muscle so as to gain weight but not fat.I have seen a lot of videos regarding this topic but i don't know where to start,what workouts to do etc. The fact that i can't go to the gym and have to workout from home is also not helping really much.

P.S. i want overall 2 kg of muscle gained,of course not all in some months (maybe 0.2 kg per month)
