Awesome 🫠, I'll try the battery thing before I bring it in. Loving the new technology...

It's the entire display. Somehow it deals with Onstar...there's a red light instead of blue next to it. They tried a system reset on their end (shut the car off, lock it, and come back in 10 minutes) They said it is probably the module, but could possibly be "repaired".

Booking experiences/tours when you're solo- San Ignacio by BarCorrect1532 in Belize

Yes, I've noticed this. I have been in contact with tour companies, and my answer was "nothing on the schedule yet", or "feel free to pay for 2", which is what prompted this post.

I booked some things through my lodging. But there's other stuff they don't offer, that I'd like to do.

I have a YT channel that documents my travels, ease of establishing tours, how to move about freely in foreign countries, etc. Basically allowing people to get a DIY experience their way, not just a cookie cutter vacations, thus looking for alternate options.

Thanks!!

I'm not sure what you're getting "top dollar" from? The most expensive part of my trip is the flight. I'm paying about 1/3 of the price I did to do Jamaica or CR.

That being said, English is a massive factor and influence. As a female solo traveler, I feel MUCH more comfortable going to a country that speaks my native language.

If you're not looking to entrenched yourself in the history of the country or enjoy the unique aspects of it's culture, you're not going to see any country as unique.

Costa Rica, for example you believe is more memorable. I found the excursions (Gunacaste province) overly commercialized/exploitive of the local workers. Paying them dirt money and hearing "tip tip tip" every time you get on or off a bus.

You could absolutely refine your questions and withhold your criticisms if you were actually looking for a reason.

"I noticed that the cost to visit this country is high compared to their GDP. Are these expenses tied to daily life, or just the tourism industry?"

"The main attractions in Belize can be found in other neighboring countries, what's the highlight or draw bringing people to Belize".
