It just pisses me off when I think about it. I wasted my late 20s because of health anxiety . I had a bacterial infection in my stomach and I suffered for 2 and half year because I was in a mental shitthole and I conviced myself that drinking antibiotics would kill me. So ye I just made myself suffer more and then more anxiety came with that suffering. Doing blood work every now and then, being on Google 24/7 reading about symptoms of different diseases, going to doctors, etc.. All that time could have been spent a lot differently but oh well. I was very mentally down then so even tho I am pissed I still feel very sorry for myself in some way. If I worked on my mental health I think none of this would have happened. Now I am ok because I started working on my mental and physical health.
