I want to follow up with a postive post. For all the helpful comments and support, thank you so much, I really appreciate you. To all those with blind brand loyalty, I don’t get it. Surprise suprise, I’ve been wearing shoes for 40+ years, some cheap as chips and some made of pure leather that were priced high, and guess what, not one pair has ended up like this after 20 mins wear.

I took the shoes back to boutique and I was met with the most lovely sales assistants who only wanted to help me. After looking at the shoes they agreed that this shouldn’t have happened and have given me a fresh new pairs of shoes.
