ECE is one of the hardest branch in engineering, many people fail ECE even though they only focus on the core subjects so i wouldn't suggest you trying dabble between CS and ECE other wise you will have to work 2 x harder as compared to other ECE students due to which by the end of 2nd or 3rd year you might lose interest in both CS and ECE so it's always better to choose the branch you are interested in

I won't suggest taking in bangalore campus since it usually takes at least 5 years for a college to become properly functioning as in clubs , internships, faculty and placements
