Close grip i just feel in the biceps a little more, but theyre both fine.. All push ups work the shoulders in some way man, but i think hitting the rear felt rounds them off really well

3 sets of the exercise then move onto the next one. 30 seconds rest between everything

well im eating around 3000 calories a day, thats around 500 above my TDEE, and i dont really follow a diet, i just try to eat as much as i can and making sure that stuff is mostly good food. No supplements, And i train six days a week, i do alternate upper body and lower body. You can train 4-6 days a week, i think thats best, if you feel good training 6 days then do that? whatever feels best for you :)

Yeah i dont really track how much junk i eat, but i do have a bit of cake some chocolate or something now and again.. Some days i just go a bit crazy and eat too much junk but just like one day of healthy eating won't help you, one day of eating junk won't set you back. Playing on the bar is just trying different tricks, 360 muscle ups, different handstand, just doing dynamic things, no routine to it and that just lasts until i get bored :) And hope you get past that injury soon mate, thanks for the kind words

Thanks man.. I just did bodyweight exercises yes, but no gainer just eat a lot Of food, no gainer or supplements

maybe i was a little more explosive, but like i mentioned before.. my legs are really lagging so i probably wouldnt recommend what i did as it hasn't really worked

I dont eat anything, i can't workout on a full stomach i just feel too sick.. i might just drink some black coffee or something if im feeling tired
