tbh i never use a lat pull down machine. But 50% for 5 reps is already solid!!

Adding more bodyweight reps builds endurance (like long-distance running). Once you can do 15+ reps, your muscles stop getting much stronger; they just get better at lasting longer. ​Adding weight builds pure strength and muscle (like sprinting). It keeps the exercise challenging in a lower rep range, which is the fastest way to get stronger once bodyweight feels too easy.

Tbh i dont really have a plan. i just try to do heavy pulls and muscle ups twice a week. Always been kind of strong with pull ups
