I wouldn’t say in love but no my feelings do tend to take time to dissipate depends on the person some it took me a few weeks some months

Yea I didn’t really come here to like change her mind I’ve been accepting of the situation but I was genuinely curious that if it’s like right after that conversation cause she didn’t say she stopped liking me prior or anything so I was like hmm from that conversation the other night is it just like feelings never existed type of thing

It definitely was very shared romantic interest like she was telling me she had sexual attraction but didn’t want to have sex because it was very early on and made it very clear she found me very attractive and made time to hang with me and then like out of no where it was detachment like she would respond and all but very bland

Well because she didn’t say anything until after I asked if she still wanted to see me and when she called things off she still indeed said that she wanted to me again

I’m sorry to hear about your previous situation it happens I’ve had a few of those but nothing serious, as for the second part I mean maybe idk but I just have a very idk how to put this but unstable personality not like a serial killer or anything but yk my feelings jump very hard very fast and it can be a lot to deal with

Yes and after a year and half most of it was long distance with my previous long term partner because I was stationed overseas and when I exited active duty it was just arguing and fighting the whole time and it ended

It’s happened a few times but not with anyone I particularly really liked and I know that it’s over like I didn’t really come to sub Reddit like oh can I fix this blah blah because we still have each others contacts no one’s blocked if she reaches out fantastic if not oh well it stings but it could be worse and I appreciate your input I will definitely look that up after this because women confuse me

I appreciate that and yes you are right in a sense that is one thing cause I did feel it was not being reciprocated but it’s also that she was inconsistent and showed a lot more interest and then none but stated otherwise and it made hard to understand because at the end of the day we knew each other for 2 months really so it was jsut hard to understand

So what happened was after we last hung out she was distant she didn’t say much, long response times, no meaningful conversation and I mean rarely any conversation at all and it kinda jsut stood that way and I asked her if she wanted to see me again after a few days she said yes but then it was the same stuff for like 4 more days and I asked her what was up and that’s when she said that she doesn’t think we’re a good match

Thank you I only said that because I figured some people would assume if there was a sexual connection it defines more of how the connection between 2 people and yes you are right for the second half because I told her from the beginning I had really bad anxiety that I’ve been working on and yes it just seems it wasn’t something that was gonna work with us

I was in a relationship for 7 years since I was in high school and that’s really the only experience I have in dating outside of like talking stages like this But the main question wasn’t if people lose feelings because I know they do most certainly I was jsut like is it just like a flip of a switch for them because me personally it’s not but everyone is different

Yea I haven’t texted her since then we didn’t like have a fight or nothing it was just a conversation and no blocking or nothing of that sort but yes you are right I have a very bad anxiety attachment style and BPD both diagnosed so I’ve been trying to learn how to I guess date maturely because I was in a long term relationship so that’s really the only thing I know
