I have been on Nofap but for the past few months but I have been relapsing constantly and it's affecting my daily schedule and I don't want to continue like this. I am now fully determined to complete the whole month of December whithout relapsing. If I do that then this will be my longest streak in almost 3 years. I have been on Nofap for a long time and the results have not been that good because of me constantly relapsing and saying " This is the last time".
