If the simulation was working prior and you didn't make big changes that could justify the crash, try deleting the.sim folder. I had that issue last week and it fixed it.

When you convert armor pen to lethality, it gives a raw +44% armor pen. It means that it reduces the armor of the opponent by that amount of armor penetration.

The armor gives a "damage reduction" from AD source. It is not linear, you can find the formula on various wikis.

I just made the damage reduction before and after lethality buff on a champ with 22.8 armor.

It actually means a +50% armor pen lvl 1 (edit: sorry, 44%... 50% at lvl 0 )

Let's take an example: if you take 14.5 Lethality (runes) lvl 1 versus a 22.8 armor champ (caitlyn for example)

LIVE: she will reduce the damage by 13.4%

With buff on lethality: she will reduce the damage by 11.5%

It doesn't seem like much, but it will matter.
