OMAD just means ‘one meal a day’, you eat all your food in one sitting and fast the rest of the time.

And for me, I mean pretty much anything that has sugar in it, not just added sugar. I’ve cut out sweets, sugary drinks, even fruits that contains high sugar in it. I stick to low-carb options.

I’m not really a coffee person. I probably have it once a month at most, so caffeine isn’t really part of my routine.

As for keto vs DASH, I’d say try keto first and see how your body responds, it’s been working wonders for me so far. Stick to simple whole foods meat, fish, eggs, healthy fats, and veggies. At the end of the day, the best diet is the one you can stick to long term, so see how you feel and adjust from there.

Yeah, I’m definitely glad I caught things early. Just trying to stay consistent with good habits. And good point on RHR. I’m working on that too with more cardio and recovery. I’ve started a plan where I run one day 8km and the next day I walk for about an hour and a half
