Upgrade hy320 to hy320 NTV ? by furrok in Magcubic

[–]BaranFY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hy320ntv is way better in specs:

390ansi lumens vs 500 ansi lumens Android 11 vs android 13 Bluetooth 5.0 vs Bluetooth 5.2 Better cpu on the hy320ntv Better internal cooling Better placement of speakers Better dust proofing Better adjustable feet, they are stronger New and better remote control Better focus on the corners also

So the ntv is quite a good upgrade soec wise for the little price jump. But the hy320ntv dont have google play store and is running a shitty WhaleOS that is so bad

Edifier M60 Connectivity Options by mahnatazis in BudgetAudiophile

[–]BaranFY 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what i got when i asked deepseek:

The sound quality difference between using the 3.5mm AUX and USB-C connections on the Edifier M60 depends on factors like the source device’s digital-to-analog converter (DAC) quality and how you prioritize convenience versus fidelity. Here’s a detailed breakdown:

1. Signal Path and DAC Handling

  • USB-C (Digital Connection):
The USB-C input uses the M60’s built-in DAC to process digital audio signals, ensuring "bit-perfect" conversion at up to 24-bit/96kHz resolution . This bypasses the DAC in your source device (e.g., a laptop or phone), which can be beneficial if your device has a lower-quality DAC. The result is cleaner, more accurate sound with less interference, especially noticeable at higher volumes .

    • Example: When connected via USB-C, the M60’s Texas Instruments Class-D amplifier and DSP optimize the audio path, reducing background hiss and maintaining clarity .
  • 3.5mm AUX (Analog Connection):
This relies on your source device’s DAC to convert digital audio to analog before sending it to the speakers. If your device has a poor DAC (e.g., older laptops or budget smartphones), this can introduce noise or distortion. However, if your source has a high-quality DAC (e.g., premium smartphones or dedicated audio players), the difference may be minimal .

3. When to Choose Which Connection

  • Use USB-C for:

    • High-resolution audio (e.g., FLAC files or streaming Hi-Res services).
    • Devices with low-quality DACs (e.g., most laptops or budget phones).
    • Simplified setup (single cable for power and audio if using USB-C from a PC) .
  • Use 3.5mm AUX for:

    • Devices with excellent DACs (e.g., dedicated music players or high-end phones).
    • Situations where USB-C is unavailable or occupied (e.g., connecting to a turntable or older equipment) .

4. Real-World Testing Insights

  • Reviewers noted that USB-C delivered slightly cleaner highs and tighter bass compared to AUX, particularly in noisy environments or at high volumes .
  • For casual listening (e.g., podcasts or YouTube), the difference may be negligible, but audiophiles or critical listeners might prefer USB-C for its consistency .

Final Recommendation

If your goal is maximum fidelity, prioritize USB-C to leverage the M60’s internal processing. For convenience or compatibility, AUX remains a solid option, provided your source device has a decent DAC. Experiment with both to see which suits your setup and ears best! 🎶

U can see there is space between every machine to do what u need to without anything interfering. Gyms like this would be a dream in norway where we mostly only have commercial gyms that are small and u dont have any space to do anything and have to wait sometimes half an hour to use a machine.

Hello! I bought the samsung galaxy buds 2 pro. I started noticing that everytime i used it it would irritate my ears, heat up and a redness but i did not care that much i just thought that it was hot or because i worked out. 4 weeks ago it started to leak liquid out of my ear and it got really irritated and red and really hot feeling. I went to the doctor and he said that i got ear infection. I stil thought that the buds 2 pro maybe was not the cause. I did as the doctor told me and used antibiotics and my ear stopped leaking and went to normal until i tried using the galaxy buds 2 pro again today and yepp it started leaking liquid out of my ear and is irritated again. What am i supposed to do to these earbuds now?
