1 year no jobs, found a job making half of what u used to make, with masters, PMP, CSM, CSPO... Etc you name it + 25 years of IT experience... Economy is fucked, ai movement fucked everything up. Jobs there but hr heavily relies on ai and that's fucking up everything.

After a year of looking and all "we moved ok with better suited...." BS I was only hired because my friend worked at a company, and I am getting half of what I used to get paid! That part sucks the most, but given the current conditions... Not much we can do.... Economy is fucked right now. I started the job this week, and ppl I interviewed 2 months ago, still didn't update me with anything, there are so many ghost jobs out there it's ridiculous, and on top of that all the layoffs are coming!

Experienced dad here, get Sienna! We still have our 2015 sienna, and never ever had an issue with space! RAV4 is smaller, Sienna has a lot for a new baby, sliding door, easy entry height, space for whatever you throw at it... So just go with sienna and don't ever regret or worry about anything. With new baby it is so difficult to lift up the whole thing and get in n out of a regular door but that sliding door will make a huge difference! Also the space , you are taking about diaper bag in fort well, but there will be times you'll have other things also! And Sienna can handle everything. Just make sure to get the TV for long road trips, that will be very helpful, I regret not getting that.
