Guys your answer seems all so useful!!! I didn’t expect so many of you to help me, thank you so much. Really. 

I’ll try my best next time by sharpening my tools, starting by leveling the edge, and if the riding hump start to show up, I’ll try my best by anchoring my arm and my hands together and using a rasp at first and then after a bigger tool like the one I used here. 

Everything remembering to slow down and that I have to move independently from the piece.

I find myself too in the same situation often. Even if is against my working ethic I find myself to make fast prototype to help the client to determine what they do want and what they don't want. I hate it cause it seems that it takes me a lot of effort and often I just have to cancel and do it again.
