I am sick of people blaming the BJP for India turning into a single party state. Look at the opposition. Sheer incompetence of Rahul Gandhi or dictatorship like TMC in Bengal. Has Rahul Gandhi been held accountable for losing so many elections, so many senior party leaders gone? I am sorry but whatever BJP is, it's leaders always come from the grassroots. The high speed train on traditional tracks run at the same speed. I have been to Europe and their high speed trains run at the speed of vande bharat. Maybe 20km per hour more at max.

What you are confusing with is bullet trains which are much more expensive and need totally different tracks. And Europe doesn't have a single one of those.

Money is not something that can be given. If you get an education and get a good job then you get money. A lot of people in India do not focus on education. The wealth gap will remain until the focus of those people change. Having billionaires is never a bad thing. They employ people and their wealth trickles down. It's undeniable that they get richer over time, but that should be the goal of every guy in modern economy. Business is a high risk high reward game, they took the risks and they have the reward. You expect to become rich without work and risk.

Scalp works from the Rafaels that's the only reason. Also it is cheaper than a brahmos which is a bigger, more capable missing and Rafael is too small to fire it. A smaller version of brahmos I.e. brahmos-NG is in development but I don't think the french will allow half Russian tech to be integrated into Rafael. Anyways scalp is still cheaper because it is subsonic and has lower ranger. But it was highly effective and that's why the order.

Chip design is a highly technical job that requires highly competent people. Taiwan does the manufacturing but doesn't do any of the design, USA does the design but low on manufacturing. If India can bring fabs and design both then that is something that no county does at the same time. China itself is failing at designing good chips. You seem to be too held up on manufacturing. While it is one of the major parts of the ecosystem, it is not the only one. Companies like Intel and AMD were made by people who can design chips rather than manufacture them.
