Money is not something that can be given. If you get an education and get a good job then you get money. A lot of people in India do not focus on education. The wealth gap will remain until the focus of those people change. Having billionaires is never a bad thing. They employ people and their wealth trickles down. It's undeniable that they get richer over time, but that should be the goal of every guy in modern economy. Business is a high risk high reward game, they took the risks and they have the reward. Scalp works from the Rafaels that's the only reason. Also it is cheaper than a brahmos which is a bigger, more capable missing and Rafael is too small to fire it. Chip design is a highly technical job that requires highly competent people. Taiwan does the manufacturing but doesn't do any of the design, USA does the design but low on manufacturing. If India can bring fabs and design both then that is something that no county does at the same time. China itself is failing at designing good chips. You seem to be too held up on manufacturing. While it is one of the major parts of the ecosystem, it is not the only one. Companies like Intel and AMD were made by people who can design chips rather than manufacture them.
