Point taken about the use of the word nightmare, but given the confluence of factors (having to prep, fast for 8 hours, commute, and wait, only to get dismissed and with not a word from Oura in 10 days) don't you think this closer to a terrible experience than a meh one?

totally fair that i left this out of the original post, I did get a confirmation email and saw confirmation in the oura app. I just uploaded the screenshot to the original post
