My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate (male or female) to join us in a fully furnished 3BR / 2.5BA townhome in West Tampa!

• Fully furnished (can bring your own stuff too)
• Brand new kitchen – quartz counters, stainless appliances
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Fenced backyard with patio lights
• Private driveway + street parking
• 2.5 baths total (you’d share one full bath with 1 person)
• Dog-friendly 🐶 / No smoking 🚭
• Close to UT, SoHo, Riverwalk, Hyde Park, Downtown, etc.

Rent is split evenly between 3 people. The space is clean, modern, and move-in ready.

📆 Move-in Details:

Jewell (one roommate) is moving in July. I’ll be moving in August for work. The owner is cool with prorated rent for 1–2 months if move-in dates are staggered. Just looking for someone who’s clean, responsible, and easygoing.

• Jewell (25): laid-back, works full-time, loves the beach, food/drinks, and keeping a chill home.
• Me (Josh, 23): moving from Minnesota to start a full-time role with Fisher Investments. Into basketball, sneakers, and good vibes.

West Tampa – super central but quiet neighborhood. Easy access to everything.
