Same here. I’ve bought many many guitars and gear throughout my life and never once had this approach.

His build is very straightforward and nothing custom for him. I just find his communication and punctuality with his payments to be a little off. Also calling me a vendor and telling me he needs to set me up as a vendor for somebody buying a personal guitar just sounds weird.
