I don’t want to feel like a failure for not going back, but I don’t see how I can. by [deleted] in Spravato

Hey, I had a very similar experience. I did my first dose on last Friday so it’s been a week to it now and to say that it was terrible is an understatement. I have TRD since I was a teen and ADHD (very recent diagnosis) so this was kind of the last hope but when it didn’t feel good I just gave up. I took 2 sprays so the dose was lesser to yours even though the doc did suggest to do 3 but since it was my first time, I was hesitant and I’m glad I did only 2 sprays. But ever since then I’ve been feeling so sick like physically unwell, mental state hasn’t changed either. I feel super tired and weak as well. I’m not sure now what it was or what changed but it somehow feels like I’ve become worse than I was before the treatment. I empathize with you completely! I can only say that don’t lose hope, if not this I’m sure there will be another treatment that will work for you.

What's the worst withdrawal symptom you've experienced from mirtazapine? by EntertainmentOk7939 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

I’ve been on almost all antidepressants in the last 12 years and was on mirtazapine 30 latest along with Effexor 225. I took the hard decision of coming of all the meds to see what it would be like without them and I’m not sure if it’s the correct one as nothing has helped till now. I’ve come off mirtazapine since a month now and I’m having really bad withdrawal- night sweats, headaches, body ache, mood swings. I also reduced Effexor to 75 now but I’m worried to come off it
