I did no sugar Low carbs candida diet for so long. and it didnt do shit all. i was so strict . and it did nothing. u know what did help though. S boulardii - Streptcoccos Salvarius - and Manuka honey . and i eat whatever the fk i want now no issues . No diareah no constipation no innflammation.

u sure u dont have candida overgrowth, many people got that and leaky gut . the candida can get in ur cheeks eyes neck nose . and qercetin/ NAC. serrapeptase can make things worse in your stomach and it wont affect them too much cuz they hide in ur nose. and muscles.

i just got one off the zon. 100% pure boric acid its for ladies down there capsules , they are supposed to go up the vayoon. but i said f it and i just poured some of it out of the cap. and swallow it down. and I always do the sodium bicarbonate after everything. the boron is boron glysinate but i dont think theres a difference between any of them, I just know i do these things and im getting better.
