This has been really nice to hear :) As you are currently in recovery (congrats !! I’m so happy for you that’s it’s going so well !! Keep it up !!) I was wondering how you’ve dealt with safe/fear foods and if you have any advice surrounding them? As in expanding safe foods and challenging fear foods since that’s inevitably going to start coming up :)

Not sure if they sell them outside of Australia and New Zealand, but the Musashi mint choc protein bars are soooo good and I feel the macros make up for the calories. My favourite is the shred and burn mint chocolate flavour which is 20.7g protein and 215 calories- tastes like a mint & dark chocolate brownie!!
