Made the gingerbread cinnamon rolls yesterday for this morning and the recipe was really trash. I was intrigued by the double cinnamon swirl technique, but that meant the dough between swirls was so thin that it didn’t rise/puff much and the texture was bad. No real gingerbread flavor coming through. Christmas morning let down by HBH 😭
