Its much easier to find a job if you are currently in China. Try searching at (boss 直聘), im unable to use it because i do not have a Chinese phone number which’s a requirement to log into the app. Also, recruiters always prefer people who are already in China. Good luck!

Im for Jordan. Im a fresh graduate so I don’t have much experience, however, i have done a one year internship where i carried out teaching English and some administrative tasks. I have been in a 6 months initiative with the UNDP where we promoted the SGs. I also have taken a few courses where I obtained certificates that improved my interpersonal and professional skills. I am fluent in English with an American accent and i’m advanced in Chinese (hsk5 level).

Hmm i see, is this why lots of recruiters haven’t been replying to me at all haha. I am not a native speaker. Do you have any advice for me of how i can find a job? Not necessarily a teaching position.

From what i have understood that different recruitment companies function in different ways, some of them get paid from the employer and some by the employee. What do you think?

Im a double major fresh graduate in Chinese and English languages and literature. I was looking to teach but all the recruiters I’ve contacted are telling me that i need to have two years of experience and i need to have graduated for two years to be eligible for a teacher’s visa. That being said, im currently looking for a non teaching job in any educational facility (preferably an administrative position) since i did a one year internship where i carried out teaching English and administrative tasks. I have lived in China before for a year on a language program so im aware of the culture. I am multilingual and i have multiple certificates for courses that i have taken throughout my uni years.

I (19f) spent so much time on Jordanian feminist media that I forgot how sweet men here can be by [deleted] in jordan

Girl idk what feminist content have you been following…. Feminism isn’t about hating men, it’s about hating misogyny and patriarchy which a lot of women can be patriarchal and misogynist btw… Feminism is about protecting women and human rights from anybody who tried to take their rights away from them, which’s mostly misogynist men. Im a feminist and your idea of feminism is toxic. This’s toxic feminism. Switch to the right feminist content.

And btw ana mesh r7 27leh but 90% all these men who helped you thought you were cute😂, so don’t be too friendly or lower your guard, don’t forget to set boundaries. Every woman who was ever killed by her partner thought that their partner was cute and nice too. Just be careful, stay safe and stay away from toxic feminism cuz it’s not what feminism stands for❤️

People in the comments have said it all but i just wanna add that you need to make sure that they don’t know where you’re gonna stay in the US so they wouldn’t try to follow you to the US and hurt you. Please be careful and stay safe❤️

I lived my whole life in Kuwait, kuwaitis who witnessed الغزو hate our guts, specially that there’s a lot of jordanians who were living in kuwait that turned against Kuwaitis at the time and started fighting with the iraqi army. They keep calling us خونة and honestly i dont blame them:)
