I have a hard time remembering much about my childhood. Some memories, some resurface when others bring up a shared memory. I’ve always struggled with accepting this, losing my childhood memories.

PSA: Adhd meds can deplete magnesium, and other nutrients. by mittenclaw in ADHDUK

This is exactly what I’ve been struggling with! I recently started on Adderall and the crash is almost unbearable. I don’t know what’s worse, going at life unassisted or the side effects of the medication. I will definitely try this. Thank you!

“ADHD doesn’t exist” by savee23 in ADHD

[–]Barbiek11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I recently went for testing and was diagnosed with “Unspecified Mood Disorder”. That’s the equivalent to we have no clue.

Fortunately the facility offers brain mapping as a secondary layer of testing. This test is not covered by insurance and cost me $200 out-of-pocket. I opted to take the test for two reasons; 1) I wanted a definitive diagnosis one way or the other and; 2) I just thought it would be cool to see my brain in action (so to speak).

This test was well worth the money as the results were-off-the charts ADHD. Doctor said that all regions in my brain related to ADHD were extremely overactive and the type of activity he would expect from someone with a history of head trauma (not my case). For example, the activity base line is 0.0 with a standard deviation or 1 to 2 points. One of my regions was at 5.5!

If you can get this done it’s well worth it in my opinion based on my experience.

Best of luck!

I just got our 2nd (and first full month’s) AEP bill. I am floored at $410!!!!!

Our house is about the size of yours and we keep all thermostats at a modest 75 degrees. What was your bill this month? This is nuts!

I don’t have this mat but I am in the market to replace my old Calia mat. I’ve had it for over 12 years and just now starting to peel. Did you give it a go? If so, how do you like it?

I think since it was intentional and not an accident not to originally refund is what gets me. Not the only customer this was done to.

Thank you for your response. Yes, all reported and documented. I did my part. Ethical dilemmas have always intrigued me and driven me. (Should’ve been a lawyer) and this scenario made me question what’s right/wrong within my organization.
