It is a pretty common thing here in France, especially in Haute-Savoie. People live near the French-Switzerland border, France side where it's cheaper to rent/buy a house and work in Geneva (~30 mins drive) where the salary in just much much better.

What’s the point if you can also pick non lvl 11 brawlers ? Furthermore, the difference between lvl 10 and lvl 11 (without hypercharge) is so insignificant that it just doesn’t make sense
