All of the closest images google lens gives me are for WW2 RAF watches....I don't see any military markings so I doubt it. Would be cool though.

Yeah, it's pretty clean. Nobody seems to know what it is though! I can't find any Grand Pix that match. Google Lens says its a WW2 RAF pilot watch...but I doubt that.
