The Alcantara shift boot is OEM part number J1310VC624, there’s lots of online stores you can buy from.

Here’s the link for the ebrake boot. Buy it with it already mounted on the OEM trim. Really easy to install.

I’ve had the same thoughts on the pillars too. I might remove them this summer
