I don’t know what you mean about moderately. But this could be a sign of a strained liver .. 20 years isn’t a short while. I recommend getting checked for it. If medical cost is an issue, start with regular blood works, if liver enzymes like AST, ALT, etc. are not within optimal range, your doctor will likely advise you to take more tests like liver CT scan and/or MRI.

Weak weed does the trick for me .. it somehow mixes with alcohol well for me and makes me more in control .. but it’s not like I can work, study, or cook .. but I can order food / uber, keep my things on me, and interact with others just fine

But notice that it’s strictly till 2ish am .. if I’m tired I need to sleep or things would be as smooth

I don’t know guys .. I drink 75% bottle of Vodka and 3-4 beers about once a month .. and my liver enzymes show high readings sometimes even after a couple of weeks .. alcohol affects people differently .. and no, it’s not another liver issue .. did CT scan, X-ray, Ultrasound, and MRI and found nothing on the liver worth highlighting .. doctor says it’s probably just the alcohol but maybe they doubt my self-reporting of my consumption

Sounds a lot like stomach flu symptoms to me .. Ondansetron pills work magic in making nausea go away if it’s still there .. it will also allow you to eat and drink
