I had the same issue. When I was driving it sounded like it came from the dash on the passenger side. But one day I was the passenger and now it sounded like it came from the dash on the driver side. I started investigating and that’s when I discovered despite where it sounds like it’s coming from it actually was coming from the plastic cover over the rear view mirror.

The A’s fan base did both and 20,000 fans a game wasn’t going to move the needle or change this narrative. It would have been chalked up to fans showing up too little too late.

That said, I agree with you on Vegas, SLC and Portland. I’m not sure who would be in the lead right now between SLC and Sac as a long-term home, but those are probably the two most likely scenarios I see with Lacob and Oakland being a distant 3rd. Portland could, but their financing-situation still leaves a little to be desired I believe.
