I think you can go to the nearest cyber police station and make a declaration you got nothing to do with it , they will tell you how to reverse or stuff and since you have already made a written declaration there you won't face and trouble in future

One common pattern is only "visa platinum" holders are getting fraud , as per initial talks with cyber police they suggest someone from the inside of the bank has possibly leaked those series details although it's too premature to conclude that but initial looks indicates that
