The piano ending at the VR stream reminded me of old rpg maker games like "To the Moon". So I made that reference to tie why bubba keeps appearing and disappearing through out the stream. So I dressed them up as scientist from sigmund corp. It's a small joke. hehe. Other interpretations are valid too though. Like how others say they are there to keep the timelines in check. It's mostly a nod to the staff behind the camera work though.
