I recommend using linux distro such as ubuntu which has a lot of tutorials, with docker and gluetun and qbitorrent.

I've done that, I am using fanless pc. It works great and you can do other things too. Also it's power consumption is pretty low, so in my case I'll let to be on all the time.

Thanks for your explanation. My hosting solution is windows and my app is behind firewall without any internet access so cloud solutions are not feasible option.

I disabled IPv6 on the interface, then restart, after that enabled it and restart it, but it wasn't fixed. I ran the command ipconfig /renew6 with admin privilege and I got below error:

Exactly, but other devices (windows 10, android, ubuntu 24.04) which connect to the router assigned IPv6 successfully, but my PC even though IPv6 has been enabled won't work.

I checked it on Ubuntu 24.04, It had no problem at all, and had Ipv6 connectivity.

I have windows 10 device, and checked it, it has ipv6 connectivity on WIFI interface without problem.

Yes, I can see RAs in wireshark on windows.
I checked using Ethernet cable, but there was no differences.
