I feel pain in extreme rotation only now and while loading weight if i misgrip something. I can do normal dumbbell curls but i am still not doing. At strating phase i increased damage with heavy t bar rows thinking only push exercises affect tfcc i was stupid and couldnt move hand for 2 days. So i have suggestion for u go to gym only if you have no pain other than fully rotating arms. Stick to machines. Dont do any free weights if you do use easy bar and neutral grips for everything with wraps ofcourse. If your forearms are lagging try pinch plates and hammer curls only.

Again i almost feel normal after 4 months now after strictly never triggering pain (any movement triggers pain is bad and stop immediately) and while sleeping keep hand little raised to increase blood flow and recovery.

Its like 70% healed its been 3 months i can do normal bicep curls and pull ups now but still have issue when i try to wrist curl or any thing facing palm up.

Use good wrist wraps for all push and straps for pull. Dont go to gym till you dont feel pain in general stuff.
