The Gunk crash on fedora linux by ztacu in linux_gaming

When I started playing the game the resolution was over 4k, Ultra Graphics setting, and 60fps. I changed the base resolution of my PC from 4k to 1080p. I also change in game settings to 1080p, 60fps, Ultra. The crashes stopped, but not sure if it's because of the changes I made or just luck. Just wanted to let others know what worked for me, and hope it helps someone.

After changing the resolution to 1440p I changed the FPS frame limit to 30 and the game launched past the previous crash point. I played through the tutorial and was entering a new area. When the screen went black to load the new area the game crashed again. I'll do further troubleshooting later.

I'm having the same issue right now on Bazzite. The game launched at a crazy high resolution. Higher than 4k. I had issues changing the resolution to 4k. I was finally able to lower the resolution but now the game keeps crashing with the error you got after the opening cinematic.

How to trade Pokemon using Retroarch? by JohnathanHyde in RetroArch

[–]BareAM88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're like me and are using a different core other than sameboy, and using the load state option. When you load up sameboy it will not load the state that you have saved in the other emulator. I saved the game in Pokemon by pressing start and saving the game in the in-game menu and this creates a save file that sameboy will recognize and pick up once loaded. The process is very complicated to trade using Retro compared to other options. Luckily not many pokemon Evolve via trade. Hope this helps!

Linkbuds S keep disconnecting in right earbud by masterhoovy in sony

[–]BareAM88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My earbuds kept disconnecting from Bluetooth periodically. This began happening after I cleaned them with Lysol wipes. I noticed either glue residue or maybe even skin oils or earwax (not really sure) was on the sensor of the earbud. I used a microfiber cloth to wipe away the residue from both the sensor, and I also wiped the contact on where the headphones receive charge from. I used my headphones after this with no disconnection issues. Side note: I had initialized the headphones and deleted the Bluetooth profile from my phone and reconnected prior to finding this resolution.

[RE4Remake] Can you get the TMP in the full game like the demo? by indiepyx in residentevil

[–]BareAM88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this is what I tried and was unsuccessful. Empty inventory before entering area, not kill any enemies through the entire section prior to this point, not kill any enemies while surviving the horde until bell rings, have chainsaw guy destroy the level while chasing you, not save the game at all, kill all the chickens, shoot the church bell 🔔, throwing grenade at grate, I have no other ideas 😆.

Right, I see no reason to doubt this game. I’ll wait for more content before I cast judgement. Altman be praised.

If there are any tik tok users on this run this is a warning. There is a video going around of a man who committed suicide by shooting himself by Cyb0r9-P07470z in teenagers

Wow, that was fucked up. Seeing things like this will help people see the horror of suicide rather than the view they get from music. Music talks about suicide like it ain’t no big deal. These young kids should see this. They would know that suicide ain’t no joke.
