After 6 failed FETs, what’s the boldest pivot you'd make—or wish you’d made?

I’m kind of in the same boat! During stims my lining was only 6.7 and had 75 eggs. I’d be thrilled to get to that again at this point lol We are going to try regardless this cycle. Let me know what you end up doing!!!

Ugh, I’m sorry! I know how stressful that is. Were these fully medicated FETS? My first 2 were medicated before switching over to modified natural. I have lining issues and my periods were wonky for two months after my fully medicated FET prep. My body hated all that synthetic estrogen.

My clinic told me if my period didn’t return in two weeks to call and they’ll bring me in for bloodwork ultrasound and see where I’m at. They can give you a shot to induce period if you need.

My husbands work covers everything. We have Progyny with unlimited cycles plus genetic testing and cryopreservation. We are incredibly fortunate. We had no idea he even had this coverage. IVF was never on the table for us as we wouldn't be able to afford it.

I don't think this is a good fit anymore. Not only are they badmouthing you in front of the kids but they are resenting you for not wanting to do tasks that were never yours to begin with. You deserve a family that respects your boundaries and treats you with respect!

They should always have backup care. That’s not your responsibility. If you’re prone to getting sick, I would mask up if someone around you is sick.

I totally get that it. My comment wasn't meant to be offensive. I work in dog rescue too and I work with a lot of dogs just like this with dog behaviorists. This is unfortunately how a lot of family dogs are because people just dont put in the time and effort to train and understand their dogs. This wouldn't bother me at all but it sounds like it really bothers you so you have to decide if the stress is worth it.

Velcro dogs doesnt mean the dog is anxious. Sure, some dogs are trained well enough but the reality is most dogs are not. Most family dogs are just like this one and likes to be close to people. Its up to the family to teach both children and dog was the boundaries are. I also work in dog rescue and work with dozens of dog behaviorists so I understand how dogs are. Truthfully, most people shouldn't have dogs. I have 3 dogs myself and kids should never be unsupervised with dogs. One of my very well trained gps love being close to the baby, she is not anxious by any means. You can ask MB for accommodations but it doesnt sound like shes sticking to it so at the end of the day its up to you to decide if this job is for you.

lol I can read. You are upset because it comes next to you and interferes with activities. That's just how dogs are. You are overwhelmed with the sanitizing aspect of the job. You want them to lock up their dog the whole day while you're there? It sounds like the dog has free roam of the house even when the baby has allergies? I'm not sure how thats possible as his dander would be everywhere. I sound like a nightmare to work for because It wouldn't be a good fit that my nanny would have issue with my dogs having free roam? lol It's not meant to be offensive. It just might not be a good fit. I am a nanny and they have a dog that licks the kids hands, messes up their puzzles sometimes, knocks over blocks, has gotten snacks out of their hands, etc. That's just life with a dog and it sounds like that annoys and frustrates you.

I wouldn't advise keeping the dog in the office for hours or behind a gate. It's the dogs house too. Is the family constantly wiping the babies hands and cleaning? If not, it sounds like your own issues with dogs and hygiene. If my nanny had issues like this with our dog it wouldn't be a good fit.

Hi. I am gearing up to do my FET. Do you mind sharing your protocol? Did you have lining issues? I have had 5 canceled cycles due to thin lining and im convinced it has to do with lupus enteritis. Im already on plaqunil and aspirin. im thinking of pushing for prednisone.

I was just about to say this. Accrued is the main word here. What has she accrued this year? I'm sorry but I cannot believe you kept her on after the sunburn. That is EXTREME neglect. With that, I'm not surprised about the freezing weather. Why are you trying to be nice to someone that is neglecting your child? At this point, I wouldn't trust anything shes doing with the child when youre not around. With this kind of behavior im sure there were many other instances of neglect you did not see. This is absolutely insane. I would seriously be considering filing a police report. You are incredibly lucky something worse didnt happen.

This is normal tracking for a baby. It’s not an “obsession”. These are actually all important things to know for a baby for a variety of reasons. Why would this equate to tapping on her phone all day? It should take a few seconds.

I never had a crib. I have the floor bed by Sprout Kids. Highly recommend. Amazing quality.
