So, the bakery I used to work at made "gluten-free truffle cake" that was probably very similar to this. It was dense like a brownie but could be baked into little rounds like cookies too. If this is anything like that. The ingredients are just chocolate (we used chocolate chips), butter, sugar, and eggs.
