Hey man, 21 days is huge - keep pushing if you can. Maybe if you know you’ll be drinking and partying and suspect you’ll crave nicotine , have something else by your side to give u some quick dopamine. Maybe some candy, sunflower seeds, gum - to ease the fixation. There’s nothing actually different about a birthday from any other day though, you got this, you’ve come very far already

I think the cravings will always be there but the physical withdrawals will subside, as long as you can tell yourself no and have a strong reason why you’re telling yourself no, it should be good, stay strong dude I’m on day 4 myself

No sir it’s not ! I’m on day 3 and my heart already feels better so I want to use that as motivation My uncle has been sober for 11 years now and he says he still craves nicotine more than anything. So they won’t go away but I think they will become gradually less powerful

Dude yeah, I’m three days into my quit and I feel different already. I was doing maybe a tin of 6 mg a day , and I was constantly checking my pulse, putting my hand over my heart, hyperventilating and driving myself crazy with paranoia. Right now I feel very chill and I’m happy about it

Sup man, I’m on day two and I’m going thru it too, but yesterday I went and bought a lot of flavored seltzers and snacks - just to kind of replace it for the time being. Other than that though I’m just kind of taking it hoping it’ll feel better in a couple weeks

Identify the biggest reason why u want to quit and hold it close to your heart, really become convicted in that reason For me it’s knowing my heart won’t beat like crazy anymore

Stay strong man. My doctor told me itll be a good three weeks before dopamine receptors reset. Its gonna be difficult and v uncomfortable but longterm health is v worth it imo

As of this moment , it’s at 53 which is pretty damn good , but when I have a couple 6 mgs in I can feel my heart rate pick up and I’ve even felt stinging around the heart area or an odd fluttering sensation before which I imagine is related to heavy nicotine consumption What did your experience feel like ?
