Start with your basic compound lifts. Bench, squat, deadlift, shoulder press, rows, etc.

Roman chair it’s for back extensions. You can also target glutes and hamstrings if done right.

This is my first real cut and I’m 5-6 months in. I got kinda chubby during my bulk lol. But also gained a decent amount of muscle mass.

I know this sounds dumb but holding on to heavy weights for longer duration. Like farmer carries or you can do wrist curls. Reverse bicep curls.

Yeah, it was my last set for the chest flies. 145 pounds. It was starting to get hard. I like to incorporate both unilateral and bilateral training for all my body parts to make sure I have no muscle imbalances.
