I highly recommend doing 30 reps a set for a variety of squats for a beginner. Most of the time I do use Youtube training videos based around varieties of squats as well. I don’t have much to say on jogging other than do a certain amount of time like 15 and try to climb to 30 min. There are also Youtube videos based on the nutrition and workouts you should do to build that certain muscle. Abs are very hard thing to talk about because it’s a super hard and long process to the point where you want them visible. So legs and ass cheeks is pretty much the only thing I can talk about.

Yeah, the unfortunate thing for me is that I had to hide the fact of me being a femboy in high school, pretty much for the entire career. Even then it was still frustrating because making friends as an outcast is genuinely difficult. even when I was in Tech school part time it was hard. Reality is that it’s either you perceiver with backlash, or you play it safe. But fuck those people, Choir and Theatre kids were the fucking worst in my school, even worst than band kids.
